We are looking for a Mobile Pet Groomer to join our team who has both a passion for animals and enjoys working with people. The successful candidate must have experience handling pets of all sizes and breeds, and will handle many grooming tasks, such as bathing and wrapping, which can be physically demanding. Our Pet Groomer will work independently in a fast-paced environment, and will have a responsibility to clean the facility and care for the pets.
Our Mobile Pet Groomer Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of pet anatomy and physiology.
- Knowledge of grooming techniques, products, and tools used in the grooming industry.
- Ability to groom multiple breeds of dogs and cats; knowledge of special grooming needs of specific breeds.
- Knowledge of basic animal behavior characteristics (e.g., biting, scratching, chewing, digging).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary:
- $20.00 – $27.00 per hour
